Team Manager

  • I am currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences at Swinburne University, with a view to becoming a qualified psychologist.

I have many years of experience in administration and event management, but it was my passion for positive psychology and well-being that led me down this path. In my role as a VA, I will be able to combine my absolute love for organisation and ticking off a to-do list, with my love for all things mental health related.

Our Team of VA’s

  • I am 20 years old and am currently studying a bachelor of law with a major in criminology at Swinburne University of Technology and set to graduate in 2025.

I am passionate about all things justice, including all areas of psychology. I am empathetic, understanding and will do my best to help people in any way that I can. I am skilled at effective communication which helps me to be a confidante not only in my personal but also professional life. People's willingness to trust me has always been something that has helped me provide appropriate advice and support. I aspire to work in the field of psychology in some form in the future as I would love to channel my compassion into my career.

Apart from this, I love to travel and take every chance I get to explore new places and cultures. As well as this, I am focused on my mental and physical health and try my best to maintain good routines.

  • I am a hardworking, kind, empathetic student currently studying the Bachelor Of Social Work and after a long five years in retail and hospitality I have finally made the change in my career path to become a virtual administrative assistant. I am grateful that The Psych Assistant has given me the opportunity to learn and grow not only in a team but as an individual and will allow me to openly share my knowledge and opinions with no judgement.

I eventually want to work in child and family support once I finish my degree. I have great judgement and am always ready to listen no matter how big or small. I have great passion in how people think and feel everyday and will apply all my knowledge into my work to provide support and guidance in the tasks I will be taking on. I have worked in multiple fields working one on one with customers and also in a team environment allowing myself to be confident and to communicate effectively. I believe all my experience will help me excel in this field.

In my spare time I love spending time with friends and family and also cherishing the times alone constantly trying to better myself whether it be in working out or taking myself on solo dates. I love to travel and be adventurous constantly experiencing new things.

I am excited to be a part of The Psych Assistant team, bringing a positive attitude and commitment to helping clients and partners all achieve their aspirations.

  • I am a dedicated and compassionate person, especially towards the field of psychology. Currently, I am studying Psychology and Criminology at the University of Melbourne, graduating in 2024. I have a genuine passion for understanding the human mind and behaviour and I bring this passion to the table as I am working within the field, as an administrator. I enjoy deepening my knowledge and enhancing my abilities to create a positive impact on the lives of others.

Beyond my work and study life, I love to travel. I have been so fortunate to have been able to visit overseas many times and discover other cultures and traditions around the world. This really brings out my love for others and my willingness to learn and adapt to new situations which I am able to bring back to my work life.

  • I have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I love travelling and discovering cultures of each place.

I've been working as an Administrative Assistant for over four years. Outside of work, I do Graphic Designing as my hobby, and read a lot of books about self-care.

With my belief that our mental health is one of the most important things to our well being, I am driven with passion to provide support and assistance along with The Psych Assistant team to each and every client.

  • I have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration. I'm a cat mom who enjoys spending time in cafes and travelling.

I've been in the BPO industry for almost 4 years and handled Healthcare Accounts and administration work during that time.

I'm committed to providing quality administrative service for our clients with the success of a mental health service, along with The Psych Assistant Team, we value our work as how we value our mental Health.

What People Are Saying

“Serena at The Psych Assistant has been a huge help to the set up and continued improvement of my data collection and record keeping processes in Halaxy. She has streamlined processes with templates and reduced my daily workload substantially. She also consulted with me along the way ensuring I was informed, confident and happy with the outcomes. She has also been available and responsive to my ongoing support needs when they arise. I could not have got my private practice up and running so quick and efficiently without her support and I am so very grateful for her thoughtful, thorough and professional guidance.”
