Per Week

Basic Client Administration

Let us take over your client administration. Typical tasks include:

  • Calling new enquiries

  • Organising the intake process

  • Keeping track of invoices, payments, rebates and remittances

  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments with your clients

  • Following up Mental Health Care Plans

  • Keeping track of GP Review letters

  • Updating client information in your software (e.g. Halaxy, Cliniko, PowerDiary)

  • Tracking expenses

  • Organising your waitlist

  • … Whatever is taking up your time that could be better utilised seeing clients.

Practices with 10 patients per week incur a minimum of 3 hours worth of admin per week. If you are seeing more than 10 patients in a week, we may need more time per week to keep on top of your client admin.

Per Week

Virtual Receptionist

Like a receptionist, but without taking up space in your office. No sick leave, no annual leave, no equipment required! This is for clinics with multiple practitioners. We will look after your dedicated phone line, answering all incoming calls and emails.

We will work with all your practitioners to provide full admin support. From scheduling appointments and managing multiple calendars, client intake forms, client follow up, billing and rebates and more.

We can also develop and write evidence based blog articles, newsletters and Instagram posts for your practice.
