Pricing Schedule 2024

When starting with The Psych Assistant, we will go through a thorough on-boarding process.
This involves:

  • completing an on-boarding questionnaire

  • having a video meeting with your VA,

  • determining processes,

  • creating a Clinic Handbook and

  • getting access to phones, emails, software etc.

The on-boarding fee is $275 once-off cost.

On-boarding Process

Virtual Admin Support Packages

3 HOUR PACKAGE $225+ GST per week

6 HOUR PACKAGE $450+ GST per week

9 HOUR PACKAGE $675+ GST per week

12 HOUR PACKAGE $900+ GST per week

15 HOUR PACKAGE $1125+ GST per week

What’s included?

  • Team of trained Medical Virtual Assistants working on your clinic 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

  • Timely response to new enquiries via email or phone

  • Diary management / reschedule appointments / filling cancellation spots

  • New enquiry triage

  • New client intake process, obtaining copies of referrals and signed consent forms

  • Following up Mental Health Care Plans and ensuring they are compliant with Medicare requirements

  • Assistance with GP letters (reminding practitioner and faxing).

  • Adhering to Medicare, DVA, Open Arms, NDIS & Insurance requirements

  • Invoicing/payment processing

  • Processing rebates, third party invoicing

  • Reconciliation of invoices / follow up outstanding accounts (basic bookkeeping)

  • Data entry / maintain updated client information on your software

  • Following up inactive clients improving client retention

  • Maintain your client waitlist with accurate information and touch base contact every 3-4 weeks

  • Online form creation - letters, emails & SMS templates
