From mid-March, The Psych Assistant will now be able to provide timely support to practice’s based in Western Australia.

Currently, our Melbourne-based team has services for WA based clients, however due to the time difference, support has been limited.

To be able to provide timely support to our clients and to their patients, we will be opening our Perth Office in March 2022.

Get your Halaxy or PowerDiary setup right - either from scratch or review your current set up to ensure your using all the functionalities appropriate for a Psychology clinic ($550)
On boarding with your VA - go over what procedures need to be done on a daily basis and get a customised Admin Processes Handbook for your practice ($275)
Virtual Admin Support for 1 month* - phone calls answered, email management, new enquiries, on-boarding, billing, rebates, filing and entering mental health care plans, calendar management and rescheduling for 30 days ($1056)

*30 days VA Service is based on supporting a clinic with up to 20 appointments per week. If you are a larger practice and need more support than this starter package, please get in touch for a quote.
You must be a new client and the practice must be physically located in Western Australia.
You can choose to terminate support after the 30 days, however we will do our best to ensure you’ll never want to leave us!
